1. Mirror swing drills. 5 sets of 10.
2. If you have a Tee and a Net - 60 Swings
- 5 - Down Middle
- 5 - High Tee
- 5 - Low and away
- 5 – 2 Strike approach (Choke up and widen base)
- 5 – 2 Strike (Below Knees)
- 5 – 2 Strike (Outside off the plate)
- 5 – High and Inside
- 5 – Low and inside
- 5 – Drive to oppo (mid thigh outer half)
- 5 – Drive to pull (mid thigh inner half)
- 10 – Free swings
4. Complete the below arm maintenance
