The Mission of the Fauquier High School Baseball program is to provide high level baseball instruction and skill development utilizing baseball as a platform to teach the core life values of hard work, dedication, teamwork, accountability and leadership.

Program Philosophy:

Ownership of the program starts with the athlete. Be accountable for results!

Success is earned not given! Take personal ownership of academics and athletics and turn potential into ability!

1000 Rep Weekend, Get off the Couch Challenge

To cold to go outside?Bored of being at home?Can only play so much COD?Can't seem to detach your phone from your hand?
Take the 1000 Rep Challenge, Get off the Couch Challenge
Sat/Sun performing the following exercises for a total of 1000 reps in the weekend
5 cycles, 20 Reps each
     20 Air Squats
     20 Pushups
     20 Crunches
     20 Lunges
     20 Scissor Kicks
